Institute for Czech Literature AV ČR (Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic) - Call for Applications

The Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic (ASCR) has set up its own fund that will financially support short term residencies (to the maximum stay of approximately one month) for foreign students of Czech studies. Those interested should send the following information (in Czech) to the Institute for Czech Literature of the ASCR:

Ø      Structured CV no longer than 300 words

Ø      Bibliography of the most important work pertaining to the field of Czech studies (with emphasis on the last five years)

Ø      Short description of the residency project, aim of the residency and working program at the Institute for Czech Literature (approximately 750 words)

The earliest term of the residency project begins in June 2006.

Deadline for admissions: March 30, 2006.
